1. Offer Duration

  • The Black Friday Sale begins Friday 28 November at 9:00 AM AEDT and ends Monday 1 December at 11:59 PM AEDT.

  • Discounts and promotional codes are only valid during this period.

2. Discount Details

  • 40% off sale using the code BF40 at checkout.

  • Discount applies to full-priced items only.

  • Motion products and gift cards are excluded from this promotion.

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or rewards.

3. Stock Availability

  • All items are available while stocks last.

  • Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.

4. Order Changes & Customer Errors

  • No changes can be made to orders once they have been placed.

  • This includes changes to:

    • Items

    • Sizes

    • Colours

    • Discount codes

    • Shipping details

  • Please ensure all order information is correct before completing payment.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Our Risk Free Return Policy does NOT apply during the Black Friday Sale.

  • No refunds or exchanges are permitted for change of mind on Black Friday sale items.

  • No returns will be accepted for incorrect choice, ordering mistakes, or change of mind.

  • Faulty items will be assessed in line with Australian consumer law.

6. Back-Dating & Code Application

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout.

  • The promotion cannot be back-dated under any circumstances.

  • We cannot apply discount codes after an order has been submitted.

7. Shipping & Processing Times

  • Please allow additional processing time due to high order volumes.

  • During the Black Friday sale period, processing may take up to 10 business days due to high influx.

  • Shipping delays may occur during promotional periods.

Promotion Period
The promotion runs for orders placed on Saturday, 29th November 2025 only.


Eligibility
Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of [Your Company Name], its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.


How to Enter
To enter, place an order on SŚAINT during the promotion period. Each order counts as one entry. Multiple orders increase the number of entries.


Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a wardrobe valued at $2,000 AUD/NZD.

The winner may select items from our apparel range to create their wardrobe, up to a total value of $2,000.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be returned. Any selection exceeding the $2,000 threshold is the responsibility of the winner to pay.

The company reserves the right to substitute items of similar value if selected items are unavailable.


Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be drawn randomly on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

The winner must respond within 10 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Eligibility & Availability

  • Offer available to customers in New Zealand and Australia only.

  • Valid for any order placed on 1 December, within the AEDT time zone.

  • Customers who spend over $150 (excluding shipping) will receive a $100 SŚAINT Voucher (“the ticket”).

  • Only 50 tickets are available. Be quick – offer valid while stocks last.

  • The ticket cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Voucher Issuing Process

  • Once your cart meets the $150 minimum spend threshold (shipping not included), the voucher ticket will be automatically added to your cart.

  • The physical ticket will be packed inside your order when it is shipped to you.

  • A unique code will be printed on the ticket and must be used to redeem the voucher.
